Khe Ro is home to a patch of primeval forest, part of West Yen Tu (Tay Yen Tu) Nature Reserve. The area is home to Tay, San Chi, Cao Lan, and Dao ethnic minorities.
At Khe Ro, we have a trekking tour to visit the authentic daily life of local ethnic people. We also have some time getting lost in the fresh nature of the forest with a hiking tour to the top of a mountain. Once on the top, we will be charmed by the superb view of lines of mountains arranged one after the other in the horizon.
Leaving Khe Ro, we follow the less traveled mountainous road toward Halong Bay where we embark on a luxury junk cruise amid the surreal beauty of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Detailed itinerary
Day1 Hanoi – Khe Ro Forest (L/D) 
Depart Hanoi, we travel on Highway No.1 for Bac Giang City where we take a turn into the provincial road through scenic countryside of Bac Giang Province to Khe Ro Forest. In the afternoon, walking and hiking tour to visit the peaceful life of local ethnic communities, then climb to Khau Tron Peak where we have a 360 degree view of the surrounding mountains and forests. In the evening, we have time to exchange culture with our hosts. Alternatively, our tour guide could assist you with organizing a traditional performance by local ethnic people with additional cost.

Day2 Khe Ro Forest – Halong Bay Junk Cruise (B/L/D)
Breakfast at the home.
Follow the less traveled road to Halong Bay. Embark on a luxury junk cruise on the bay. Depending on the cruise you choose, you can visit Sung Sot Cave, or climb to the top of Ti Tov Mountain, or visit a floating village.
Lunch and dinner on board.
