Vietnam Cooking Tour Overview

The pace of travel is easy and relaxing. Accommodations for the trip include 4* and 5* luxury hotels with convenient location. On the tour, you take part in hands-on cooking classes instructed by Vietnamese dedicated chefs. Some cooking classes also involve a trip to local markets for acquiring necessary cooking materials. Besides, there are great dining experiences and culinary delights at local fine-dining restaurants and on luxury cruise boats.

Day1 Arrive in Saigon (no included meals)

Arriving at Saigon Tan Son Nhat Airport, welcomed by our staff and escorted to the hotel.

Overnight in Saigon.

Day2 Saigon Morning City Tour/Free Afternoon (B/Diner Cruise)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Enjoy a tour of Sai Gon taking in: The War Remnants Museum, The Cathedral, The General Post Office, The Municipal Theatre and the Central Market, Binh Tay Market and the China town. The remainder of the day is free at leisure.
Lunch is on our own.
In the evening, we’ll go out for a luxury dinner cruise on the Sai Gon River.

Day3 Saigon Morning Cooking Class/Free Afternoon (B/Lunch with your own cooked food/D)

Morning trip to the market for acquiring ingredients, then hands-on cooking class. Enjoy your own cooked food for lunch.

Day4 Sai Gon – Da Nang – Hoi An (VN 324: 1120 – 1230)/Walking Tour (B/-/D)

Breakfast at the hotel.
You have free time at leisure until our tour guide and driver come back and transfer you back to the airport for the flight to Da Nang. Arriving at Da Nang Airport, meet Paradissa's local tour guide and travel to Hoi An Old Town.

Arriving in Hoi An, we have a walking tour of Hoi An ancient town which was busy with trade back a few centuries ago. We’ll visit some old merchant houses, a Chinese Congregational Hall, Hoi An Museum, and the famous Japanese covered-bridge.
Lunch is on our own and dinner is served with fine cuisine of Hoi An in the old town.

Day5 Hoi An Morning Cooking Class/Free Afternoon (B/Lunch with your own cooked food)

Morning trip by boat or cyclo to the local market for getting the cooking materials. Then, have great time learning to cook your food yourselves with instructions from an experienced local chef. Have lunch with your own cooked food.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer you to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Hanoi. Arriving at Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, Paradissa local tour guide will meet and escort you to the city. In the evening, we will sample the elegant cuisine of Hanoi at a local restaurant.

Day9 Hanoi – Ha Long Bay Junk Cruise (B/L)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to Halong Bay for a luxury junk cruise amid towering mountains of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the afternoon, there's a cookery session for you to attend to.

Day10 Halong Bay – Hanoi (Brunch/D)

Our morning starts with some Taichi moves on board the junk. Then, more cruise and visits on Halong Bay. We enjoy a sumptuous brunch before disembarkation and road trip back to Hanoi.
